To Nathan and all at Penrose, I just wanted to thank you for the sensitivity, care and respect you showed my Grannie yesterday. She looked amazing and I’m sure you caught a glimpse of her incredible 100 years as my dad spoke at the grave-side. You don’t have an easy job but I hope you know how grateful people are that you do it so well.

Your manner and conduct was gentle, considerate and supportive, thank you for all you did to make yesterday so special. You have been given the gifting and attitude needed to help bring peace and blessing during difficult circumstances. May you know God’s peace and blessing as you continue to serve others in this way, Thank you

Dear Nathan, my sister and I would like to thank you for all your help and advice after my dear mum, Joyce, passed away. The day was beautifully conducted by your staff and we are so thankful for that. The service sheet was so lovely, please thank your father for that.

Dear Jeremy and all the amazing staff at Penrose,

From myself and the rest of the family I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for all that you have done for us at this incredibly difficult time. We will be eternally grateful for the respect and care you showed my dad – Alan Holmes – during his time with you, and for allowing our final precious moments spent with him.

Furthermore, your kindness and compassion made this challenging process much less painful. It is impossible to fully express our gratefulness in words.

We would like to thank you for your professional and friendly manner which was so evident before and on the day of our husband and father Martin Hope’s funeral on June 7th. Hoping we don’t need your services for a while yet, but when we do we would certainly come back to you. Your kindness and sympathy is deeply appreciated and will always be remembered.

A few words of thanks to all who helped me with the loss of my husband. He had a wonderful send-off thanks to you and the Royal Artillery Association. I was very grateful for all the help and respect given to myself and to his daughter. Thank you all once again

Thank you for all the care you showed to my late husband Barry Low. These are very dark, sad days and your thoughtfulness has helped myself and the family greatly. It’s appreciated a lot.

The funeral service was done with great dignity which I always will remember.
