we just wanted to say thank you for looking after our mum. You have all been so kind, nice and caring at one of our darkest times. She would of felt safe and happy…

Thank you for everything to do with Mirka’s last journey. We could not have done this without you.

We just wanted to say thank you for the care you gave my late father, Albert Wells. You were all truly amazing at a very difficult time, you showed my wonderful dad great respect all times. You also made all aspects of organising my father’s funeral easy and fuss free.

Thank you to all at Penrose for helping both of us through what could have been a difficult time under very trying circumstances.
The caring way you dealt with my Mother, Flossie’s funeral over the telephone, your kindness in fulfilling all our wishes and the respect and professionalism shown today made it a day we shall always treasure.

Dear Jeremy and all the amazing staff at Penrose,

From myself and the rest of the family I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for all that you have done for us at this incredibly difficult time. We will be eternally grateful for the respect and care you showed my dad – Alan Holmes – during his time with you, and for allowing our final precious moments spent with him.
