We decided to go with a family run business as we felt we would receive that extra care and attention so needed at a difficult time. Penrose Funerals exceeded our expectations and ensured all our wishes and feelings were met. Thank you to Nathan who sensitively took us through the initial arrangements and Jeremy who was professional and dignified throughout ….the little details made a big difference and were much appreciated. From the very moment we met you we knew you were the perfect person to provide Dad with the care he truly deserved. We wanted to thank you so much for arranging mum’s funeral. You took charge of everything with such kindness, tact and diplomacy and we felt so lucky to have you supporting us all the way.

Several people commented on your respect and reverence towards mum’s coffin and for the way you kept us quietly informed throughout the day.

We cannot thank you enough for helping to give our darling mum such a beautiful send off. I hope you know how much we appreciate all you have done.

Hello. I would like to thank you all for the care, support and compassion you all showed and for the lovely service you gave for my husband Dennis’ funeral on 11th August. He had a grand “send off” with so many to say their goodbyes, and the sun shone too. John Banks gave a lovely service and myself and my family would like to express our thanks for your help on such a sad day in our lives.
