To everyone at Penrose,

We would like to thank you for your professional and friendly manner which was so evident before and on the day of our husband and father Martin Hope’s funeral on June 7th. Hoping we don’t need your services for a while yet, but when we do we would certainly come back to you. Your kindness and sympathy is deeply appreciated and will always be remembered.

Jeremy, I just wanted to thank you and your team so very much for making mum’s celebration of life so special.

A wonderful funeral by Penrose. Brendan and Nathan were so helpful and attentive.

To Nathan and all at Penrose, I just wanted to thank you for the sensitivity, care and respect you showed my Grannie yesterday. She looked amazing and I’m sure you caught a glimpse of her incredible 100 years as my dad spoke at the grave-side. You don’t have an easy job but I hope you know how grateful people are that you do it so well.

Your manner and conduct was gentle, considerate and supportive, thank you for all you did to make yesterday so special. You have been given the gifting and attitude needed to help bring peace and blessing during difficult circumstances. May you know God’s peace and blessing as you continue to serve others in this way, Thank you

I can’t recommend Penrose highly enough. They were excellent in every way. Efficiency, advice, assistance, sensitivity and communication. My Mother’s wishes were carried out to every detail. Their help eased all anxiety and nerves and led to a very emotional day being focused on my Mother. It was a celebration of her life and everyone that attended commented on how well the whole service went. Thank you everyone at Penrose Funerals you made a very hard day all that much easier.

On behalf of myself, Marie, Jim, Alice, Ronnie and Maggie we would like to send our heartfelt appreciation for your support during our most difficult time in arranging our lovely mum’s funeral. Your support was just want we needed to get through and all of you were amazing, especially Nathan and Brendan.

Mum had the most beautiful send off anyone could wish for and we as a family would have been lost without you all. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
